Thinking – How it Impacts Your Life and Why it’s Time For You to Take Control

How is it possible that your thinking can have an impact on your life and what direction it goes in? It’s because we can’t see a tangible explanation that so many people don’t take it seriously.
So how do we explain how some people with the same jobs, same income has completely different living conditions and lifestyles? How come some are so successful but with limited talents, others with talents so big struggle to make it big?
Mindset – it’s all in the thinking, the attitude, the beliefs we have.
If we think we can, we can. If we think we can’t, we can’t.
The beautiful thing is this, when we discover that it is just our thoughts and beliefs that are stopping us from living the life we want and being successful in doing what we love to do… we can change our thoughts and beliefs and change our lives! It’s that simple.
Take some time to listen to your thoughts, ask yourself why you are not successful and listen to the answers you mind gives you… those are the thoughts you need to change. They might be telling you, that you can’t because you are not good enough, or that you don’t deserve it, or that people like you don’t get to be successful... these are the thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back. Let them go and replace them with “I can do this”, “I deserve to be successful”.
Training your mind to think positively will impact you more than you can imagine.
William D. Wintle summed it up in this beautiful poem…
If you think you are beaten, you are
If you think you dare not, you don’t.
If you’d like to win, but you think you can’t
It is almost certain you won’t.
If you think you’ll lose, you’re lost
For out of the world we find,
Success begins with a fellows will
It’s all in the state of mind.
If you think you are outclassed, you are
You’ve got to think high to rise,
You’ve got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.
Life’s battles don’t always go
To the stronger or faster man,
But soon or later the man who wins
Is the man who thinks he can.
