Positive Thinking

So many of us spend our time reliving the past that we forget to make a future for ourselves. The little movie in our mind that plays out the past scenarios, the ones that caused us pain or discomfort, trauma or embarrassment. The one’s where we got hurt and no one said sorry… We can’t change the past, we can make peace with it though. Perhaps it’s time to stop editing the past and start writing the future.

Vision boards work by helping you to get a clear vision of what you really want. So many of us know we don’t want what we currently have but we don’t know what we really want to replace it with.

If abundance has eluded you up until now it may be that you have a scarcity mindset and until you change that to one of abundance, it will always be just out of reach for you.  To rapidly change your mindset repeat these affirmations and change your mindset.
