So many of the health issues we suffer from are a result of our mindset. Stress, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, frustration, anger, strain, worry, fear, angst, apprehension etc. all have an impact on our physical health.

 

It stands to reason that if negative experiences, emotions, events, feelings and general mindset have a negative impact on our physical health Then positive experiences, emotions, events, feelings and general mindset would have a positive effect on our physical health.

 

Changing your mindset is not easy to do and is rarely done overnight. These affirmations can make a world of difference, to your mindset and therefore your physical health. Creating a healthy body by creating a healthy mindset.

 

Affirmations work by changing the internal chatter in your unconscious mind from negative to positive. In fact every word you say and every thought you have is an affirmation, strengthening the neural pathway that supports that thought or word. If your inner dialogue is telling you that your body is falling apart and that aches and pains are just part of getting older, the more aches and pains you are going to have.
