Hi, my name is Lisa Edwards, thank you for visiting my site.


I hope you enjoy reading it as much as i have enjoyed creating it. I have had to get seriously out of my comfort zone and learn lots of new skills to get this far, but i have found it quite cathartic and it has helped me on my journey.


I stumbled across positive thinking many years ago when i was at a crossroads, my life needed big changes, although at the time i did not know what changes to make, let alone how to make them. After a lot of reading, soul searching, observations, experiments and untold amounts of practice i started to see the changes Positive Thinking was beginning to make in my life. Without changing my thinking i would not have changed my life. I am the happiest i have ever been and my life improves with each passing day.


I created this site, as i found (and still do) that every little bit of encouragement helped me stay on my positive path and i wanted to provide some resources to others on a similar journey.


Positive thinking will change your life if you let it.

Take Time to Meditate

Take some time for yourself, you are the most important person in your life.  If you don't take care of yourself how can you take care of others.  Love yourself, be kind to yourself, believe in yourself and always be true to yourself.  Stay postive x
